This old country house is situated a short way up a hillside in the beautiful Niccone Valley, nestling in countryside of vineyards and lush vegetation with a backdrop of centuries old oak trees topping the hillsides. The situation offers truly picturesque and panoramic views of this sought after valley.

Formerly a dwelling for country folk, the house and outbuildings have been thoughtfully restored in the simple and characteristic “Contadina” traditional style whilst adhering to modern day building regulations.

Whilst restoring the buildings and cantina many antique objects were found belonging to our ancestors of which we are now the custodians of for future generations.

A large garden for sunbathing, relaxing, games and barbecues surround the property as well as an ample parking area. Sun lounge’s, deckchairs etc are available along with maps of the area.
